Empty seats in Ministry to be fulfilled

There were some changes earlier this year as well. Later, there were rumors of a change, but it did not happen because of the coronavirus. Even if there is no reshuffle now, there are indications that the vacancies may be filled.

It is learned that during the last two terms of the government, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's strategy was to make some reshuffles in the cabinet from time to time. Even before the official inauguration of the Mujib Year, there were rumors of a reshuffle in the cabinet. This did not happen due to the lockdown during the Corona period and the situation that arose worldwide.

Sources said, Corona State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Mohammad. Since Abdullah's death, rumors of a cabinet reshuffle within the government have intensified. As the reshuffle in the cabinet is the sole prerogative of the Prime Minister, there is no opportunity to say anything clearly about it. Though there is no reshuffle this year, they think the 'gap' could be filled.

A senior minister, who did not want to be named, said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina could appoint a state minister in the ministry of religion at any time. He has collected necessary information in this regard. Although there is talk of changing the ministers of one or two ministries, there is no such possibility at present.

Asked about the reshuffle in a ministry under discussion in Corona, he said the minister was able to deal with the apparent situation despite facing criticism over the Corona situation. There are rumors of a change of minister in the ministry but it does not seem to be changing suddenly.

State Minister for Social Welfare Sharif Ahmed was made State Minister for Housing and Public Works. State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock. Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru was given the charge of State Minister for Social Welfare.
