Dhaka, February 9: 2022 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exam results have been released. This year, 2.95 percent more female students than male students have passed and 15 thousand 160 more female students have obtained GPA 5 than male students. Results of HSC, Alim, HSC Vocational/BM/Diploma in Commerce) of nine General Education Boards, Madrasas and Technical Education Boards were released on Wednesday at 12:30 PM.

As many as 1 lakh 76 thousand 282 students got GPA-5 across the country. Among them 80 thousand 561 male students and 95 thousand 721 female students.

In the HSC and equivalent examination held on November 6, 2022, a total of 11 lakh 77 thousand 387 students participated in the examination under 11 education boards including 9 general education boards, madrasa and technical boards. Among them 10 lakh 11 thousand 987 passed. The pass rate is 85.95 percent.

This time the pass rate of HSC and equivalent in general board is 84.31 percent. The pass rate of SSC, Alim and HSC (BM) exams of 2022 of all boards including Madrasas and Technical Education Boards is 85.95 percent. Meanwhile, the pass rate in Dhaka Board is 87.83 percent, Rajshahi 81.60 percent, Comilla 90.72 percent, Jessore 83.95 percent, Chittagong 80.50 percent, Barisal 86.95 percent, Sylhet 81.40 percent, Dinajpur 79.08 percent. percent and Mymensingh 80.32 percent. The pass rate is 92.56 percent in Madrasa Board and 94.41 percent in Technical Education Board.

A total of 1 lakh 76 thousand 282 students got GPA-5 among the participating students. Out of this 80 thousand 561 students got GPA-5 and 95 thousand 721 girls got GPA-5. 62 thousand 421 people got GPA-5 in Dhaka board, 14 thousand 991 people in Comilla, 18 thousand 703 people in Jessore, 21 thousand 855 people in Rajshahi, 12 thousand 670 people in Chittagong, 11 thousand 830 people in Dinajpur, 7 thousand 386 people in Barisal, 5 thousand in Mymensingh. 28 people and 4 thousand 871 people in Sylhet. On the other hand, 7 thousand 104 people got GPA-5 in Technical Education Board and 9 thousand 423 people got GPA-5 in Madrasa Board.
