Afghanistan: Seven people killed in road mishap

Kabul, Dec 15: A traffic mishap in Afghanistan's central Logar province left at least seven people killed, media reports said.
The incident left six others hurt.
Shapur Ahmadzai, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident took place in Atmor area near Pul-i-Alam, the provincial capital, on the Kabul-Gardez highway at around 10am.
He said a car and a Mercedes vehicle collided at the scene.
The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
